Engage with one another, develop knowledge and skills, share expertise, and contribute to our community.

Coaching Community of Practice (CoP)

We successfully relaunched this highly-valued program in October, and we’re thrilled to see the energy and engagement return. This space brings together coaches and OD practitioners to explore the powerful intersection of our fields, deepen our skills, and strengthen our professional community.

Why Join?

Coaching and Organization Development have often been viewed as separate disciplines. Today, those boundaries are blurring. Coaches are increasingly engaging in team, group, and organizational work, while OD professionals often find themselves in coaching roles without formal grounding in the practice. Our CoP exists to bridge these worlds, helping us grow together, learn from each other, and expand our collective impact.

Who Should Attend?

  • Coaches who want to broaden their organizational lens
  • OD practitioners who want to deepen their coaching toolkit
  • Anyone curious about how these disciplines converge to create stronger, more resilient organizations

Description:

The Coaching Community of Practice is a highly engaged and dedicated community committed to continuous learning and the ongoing development of coaches, consultants, and those interested in the field of coaching.

Becoming the Practice: Integrating Knowing and Doing

As coaches and OD practitioners, we spend our days helping others turn insight into action. Yet even we can fall into the knowing–doing gap, that subtle space where what we know about growth doesn’t always show up in how we lead, listen, or facilitate.

In this experiential session, we’ll explore why this gap exists, what it reveals about our own development, and how we can practice closing it. Through guided reflection, small-group dialogue, and a few surprising moments of self-discovery, you’ll uncover the quiet patterns that keep your wisdom in your head instead of your practice.

Rather than adding more theory, this session invites deliberate, small, real-world experiments that help us embody our craft more authentically and bring our knowing a little closer to our doing.

Making Meaning of 2025 and Looking Toward 2026: A Collective Reflection and Intentional Preparation

As we close out 2025, this experiential session invites our Coaching and OD community to pause amid the pace of change and reflect together on the year that was. What did we learn from leading and coaching through continued disruption and reorientation? What worked in our practice—and what required rethinking?

Through guided reflection, interactive activities, and peer dialogue, we will uncover key patterns that shaped our work in 2025, share insights from across diverse coaching and organizational contexts, and explore how these lessons can inform a more intentional start to 2026.

This is a space to harvest collective wisdom, exchange real-world experiences, and reconnect with purpose as we enter a new year.

Together, we will co-create a shared vision grounded in learning, renewal, and aligned action—so we can meet what comes next with clarity, courage, and community.
