| We’re excited to introduce the CBODN Welcome Circle—a new space designed to help our members connect, share, and build community from the very start. This facilitated, conversation-based session centers on peer-to-peer dialogue and real experiences within the CBODN network. It’s an opportunity to meet fellow OD practitioners and OD-adjacent professionals, hear how others are engaging with the community, and discover practical ways to make the most of your membership. Whether you joined recently or have been part of CBODN for years, the Welcome Circle is a place to build relationships, exchange ideas, and strengthen the connections that make this community so valuable. Held on the second Monday of each quarter, the Welcome Circle is designed to be welcoming, interactive, and grounded in the power of shared experience. Best of all, it’s free for CBODN members. Our first Welcome Circle is coming up in April—we hope you’ll join us and be part of the conversation! |
