Topic - The Trans Theoretical Model for Health and Well-Being

Join us on November 10th and learn a new and innovative domain of health and well-being. In 2019 Jane Kerschner began ‘really listening’ to her coaching clients talk about 'lifestyle wellness issues’ such as stress, sleep, weight and longevity. After asking herself ‘How can I integrate this particular domain into my coaching practice?’, she began study with The Coach Partnership in Singapore to earn her Health and Wellness Certification. She received her certification in 2020, became a Mentor Coach, and is now studying for the National Health and Wellness Board Exam. Jane now uses the Trans Theoretical Model (TTM) of health and well-being with all her clients. During our session we will examine our own beliefs and life-style behaviors and work with a habit or issue we’d like to change. Each participant will be sent the “Quickie Well-Being Assessment” to complete prior to the session.

Presenter: Jane Kerschner

Tell me, what will you do with your one and precious life? This is Jane’s favorite line from poet, Mary Oliver, and drives her to support clients in searching for ways to find and express more passion, purpose and meaning in their lives. She brings the science and art of learning together in her work with individuals and groups. Jane is a graduate and Program Mentor for the Newfield Network, is a PCC and holds a Master’s degree in Education.

CoP Leaders:  Peggy Linden & Judy Rodgers
