What does it mean to coach in a "complexity friendly" way? The world of leadership has become increasingly complex and ambiguous, which presents the question ‘have coaching models and approaches evolved to meet this change?’

In this session we will explore principles of complexity and how they can be applied to coaching.  We must meet leaders where they are today and help them prepare for the future. We will explore how coaches can grow and respond effectively to the complex, emergent process of a coaching conversation and coaching relationship through interactive dialogue. Participants will leave with increased knowledge about complexity, how complexity shows up in coaching and learn simple practices they can immediately apply in their work.
