Join us for the first CBODN Coaching Community of Practice program in 2023-2024 and explore a new tool for assessing a client’s growth and results when coaching. Often clients will achieve excellent results but are challenged when asked to explain or show how much growth has occurred in the coaching process. Managers are frequently left with no specific data regarding how the change was achieved. When using this new measurement tool, the client is involved throughout the coaching process. It will define their growth and help them recognize what they have accomplished while coaching.

Our speaker, Joan Fletcher, has 30+ years of experience in leadership coaching. She will share the measurement method she has used for years with her clients. Joan never wants a client to say, “coaching with Joan was great!” because it doesn’t provide clear and descriptive behavior or results to the client, the manager or prospective clients. She wants clients and past clients to easily state what they discovered and how they have grown in their coaching process. It is one of the best ways to keep one’s coaching practice continuously growing. During this session participants will be guided in using the tool to assess an example within their work.
