This facilitated, conversation-based session centers on peer-to-peer dialogue and real experiences within the CBODN network. It’s an opportunity to meet fellow OD practitioners and OD-adjacent professionals, hear how others are engaging with the community, and discover practical ways to make the most of your membership. Whether you joined recently or have been part of CBODN for years, the Welcome Circle is a place to build relationships, exchange ideas, and strengthen the connections that make this community so valuable.
