Unlock the Power of the Body in Organizational Change

The session is designed to deepen your understanding of somatic intelligence and its role in fostering transformation in individuals, teams, and organizations. In this interactive session, you will explore how the body holds patterns of stress, resistance, and resilience—and how to harness somatic awareness to create lasting change.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How somatic work enhances leadership, communication, and change facilitation
  • Techniques to regulate nervous system responses for greater presence and impact
  • Practical, body-based exercises to integrate into your OD practice
  • Ways to foster psychological safety and trust through embodied awareness

Madhu will demonstrate how one can turn chaos into calm clarity. Using powerful somatic techniques, overwhelm and reactivity are dissolved in just 30 minutes—a profound transformation that clients call "Instant Zen Alchemy."

This session is designed for OD practitioners, coaches, and facilitators who want to bring a deeper, embodied approach to their work. No prior experience with somatic practices is required—just a curiosity to explore!

Presenter:  Madhulika Jinsi
