Description:
OD practitioners have long played key roles in helping teams work together more effectively. With the increasing use of computer technology for virtual collaboration in the workplace, new issues with team learning and dynamics may arise among team members. Practitioners must become familiar with, and possibly expert in, the needs and dynamics of virtual work. Marilyn Wesner will share some of the recent findings on virtual collaboration and the results of experiential learning in a graduate course on this topic.
