What do YOU want to know about Dialogic OD?

What might you want to know about 40 years in the field of Organization Development, leading and transforming systems and organizations around the world?

Join us for an evening of dialogue with the founder of Dialogic OD, Gervase Bushe. Bring your questions, your love of OD, and a desire to explore in community what it means to use language to connect and build new ways of being.

Speaker Bio:

Gervase Bushe is an OD Scholar-Practitioner with over 40 years of experience at creating great teams and organizations. He got his PhD from Case Western Reserve where his dissertation looked at the implementation of Quality Circles while employed by the corporate OD group at General Motors. Since then he has consulted to large and small companies, public and private, in a variety of sectors. His research and writing focuses on the creation of highly collaborative organizations and the transformational change processes that help to create them.  He has written over 100 articles and books and won numerous awards. His Clear Leadership book and course has been translated into 10 languages and after 20 years is being used in ever more countries and organizations to produce the personal growth and vertical development required to lead more agile, self-organizing systems.

With Bob Marshak, he has developed the theory of Dialogic OD, identifying the key enablers that successful use of a wide variety of transformation OD methods require. He edits and publishes the BMI Series in Dialogic OD. His most recent contribution has been to describe the differences between high engagement and generative change strategies, and the kind of leadership and consulting required of rapid, transformational, generative change.

Among his current clients he is consulting to the Center for Transformation in Africa at the Africa Business School in Morocco, in developing leaders and change agents to transform public education in Morocco and support the evolution of the largest firm in Morocco, OCP, toward self-organizing operations.
