Overview:

The world of work has seen a huge shift over the last couple of years and this trend of continuous change has no sign of slowing down. Talent is a huge part of that change being successful (or not). Companies have been battling for good talent for years and it will continue to be a challenge for most as they aim to grow their businesses & maintain a competitive edge. This provides an opportunity for talent acquisition and development professionals to redesign the way we do recruitment and what happens when good talent enters our organization. This session will cover generational considerations when it comes to talent acquisition and development, designing career development that is effective, as well as how to best invest in your middle talent pipeline.
