Description: If you have graduated from an OD program or otherwise are looking for OD work, looking for an OD position may be a big hurdle. Business leaders and OD practices with open positions are looking for a broader network of highly-qualified practitioners. Denise Rouse and Ross Gruebel want to bridge this gap with a centralized OD jobs board. In this session we will discuss your needs as either OD practitioners looking for new work or business leaders who need OD talent for a project or open position. Denise and Ross will also provide a demo of www.orgdevjobs.com.
Areas of focus for the session:
- To understand the needs of the OD community for finding OD positions (FT, PT, contractor, etc.).
- To understand the needs of the OD community for finding OD talent.
- To demo www.orgdevjobs.com to participants, providing them the free service to find OD jobs/talent.
Presenter: Denise Rouse & Ross Grübel
Denise Rouse is a co-founder of OrgDev Jobs and she is a highly-skilled organization development professional who provides executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and behavioral change management support to organizations in transition.
As the President and Chief Consultant with DTRouse & Associates, LLC, a key focus area is supporting organizations to work skillfully across multiple dimensions of difference among employees throughout the organization. Prior to creating her company Denise worked with consulting firms where she partnered with clients in developing strategic planning, behavioral change management, coaching, and leadership development results in with organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Denise has a Master’s in Organization Development from American University and undergraduate studies in Information Systems Management at University of Maryland, University College.
Ross Grübel is a consultant with expertise in digital business transformation and product management. He is co-founder of OrgDev Jobs and senior product owner at Publicis Sapient.
A graduate of the American University/NTL Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's MBA-Aviation and Management programs, Ross has extensive experience in both technology and business.

Mark has been an OD consultant and executive coach for more than 20 years. He enjoys seeing his clients and their organizations take steps to change, and when they are successful it gives him great pleasure. He earned his MS in OD from the American University/NTL Institute and MA and BA degrees in Sociology from Rutgers University. He is an International Coaching Federation, Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
