The electric utility industry is going through major upheaval with more change coming in the next 10 years than they’ve experienced over the last 100 years. This presentation will tell the story of a large utility looking to improve its safety record, and its ability to innovate and rise to the coming challenges. Also shared will be the underlying organizational culture tool and use of self-lessons learned by the consultant.
