Deb earned a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and is a certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa.

Deb has nearly thirty years of experience working with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. In her early career as a brand marketer, Deb’s proven ability to harness the energy of teams consistently delivered high-performance results. She launched the Shoshin Group in 2006 and shifted the focus of her work to leadership development with individuals and teams—studying interpersonal energy exchange, defining patterns between people, and correlating dynamics with effective interpersonal interaction.
