Event Title PeoplePack Dynamics: Unleash the Natural Energy of People and Teams by Deb St. John and Phil St. John.

The book PeoplePack Dynamics™ presents a revolutionary new framework and approach to understand human communication and connection. It’s a game changer for business leaders and managers – anyone who works with human interaction. Applied to organizational development, team building, and even family systems, PeoplePack Dynamics provides a new basis for conversation that creates stronger understanding – and increased productivity – among the pack you lead.

There is far more going on in our day-to-day communication than the content of the conversation – there’s a set of base layer dynamics each person communicates underneath the words that is instinctive, primal and impacts every conversation you have.

It starts with presence and the energy that each of us projects – the natural energy that animates our words and actions and the effects it creates with others. This energy-fueled interaction is hard-wired into our biology, forged by millions of years of our species existence – and undeniable.

In this experiential session, learn to see people, connection and collaboration in a whole new way.

  • Learn the key components of the model – Driving, Unifying and Helping energy signatures and the dynamics created beneath the language of conversation.
  • Explore the 3 Energy Signatures, including the developmental edges and keys to communication and collaboration for each type.
  • Discover your own energy signature and understand its source of power.
  • Understand the effect of the energy dynamics in interpersonal interaction and team performance and learn how to consciously shift to maximize interactions.
