Topic: Swimming in Symbolism:  Using Imagery as a Change Tool

Program:      
     
Jump into the deep water of symbolism and learn a new framework for using it as a change tool in organizations.  This interactive session will help you understand the theoretical underpinning and practical application of symbolism and imagery in change work.  You will walk away with a framework to attend to symbolism in client systems and a deeper understanding of how to help others realize the positive momentum that comes from transforming images.
   
Bio:
Rebecca is an OD consultant, specializing in narrative design.  The bulk of her work for the past year and a half has been on change and leadership initiatives in large client-systems as a part of the OD consulting company ChangeFusion.  She previously worked for the Department of State and has her MSOD from American University and BA from Boston University.
