The Good Fight: Conflict, Use of Self and the OD Practitioner - In-Person Event
This workshop will give practitioners an opportunity to explore Use of Self through the lens of conflict: how it shows up in our lived experiences and how it impacts our professional stance.
We’ll discuss polarities related to how we engage with conflict and reflect on how those show up in our work with clients, with partners, and in other parts of our businesses and lives. A sharpened awareness of our automatic reaction to conflict in addition to skills for more intentional responses to conflict will support participants in feeling more confident and equipped in their practice
If you are interested in learning and exploring with us, please join us, IN PERSON, for a 90 minute interactive session on September 13th from 7-8:30pm ET.
