"Move from Surviving to Thriving in the Workplace: Unlocking Powerful Tools and Techniques"
Founded in 1981, the Art of Living Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational and humanitarian organization working in consultative status with the United Nations’ Economic and Social Council on initiatives related to health, meditation, education, sustainable development, conflict resolution and disaster relief through a wide range of social upliftment, cultural and spiritual activities. The Foundation has reached out to millions of people from all walks of life in 155 countries and is dedicated to serving society by strengthening the individual. The self-development programs offer techniques that eliminate stress, calm the mind, improve health, expand awareness, resolve conflict and encourage people from all backgrounds, religions and cultures to come together in celebration and service.
These effective techniques have been taught to nearly 30, 000 employees in over 200 client organizations including Google, IBM, NASA, the World Bank and the European Parliament. In an increasingly complex and dynamic world, solving problems through strategy and process alone can leave employees burnt out and disengaged, fragment teams, and create negative workplace cultures.
