TALK YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS: Leadership Conversations, Relationships, and Results

Vinay Kumar, Coaching and Development, TEOCO Corporation

This highly-interactive session is designed to introduce participants to an entirely new way of understanding the actual drivers of relationships, team work, and results within their organizations.

By changing this one way of understanding - this one "paradigm" - entirely new avenues for effective action open up.  Participants are able to see themselves and their organizations with new eyes.  With this new perspective comes new ways of intervening and achieving breakthroughs that were literally invisible before.

Key topics include, understanding:
*    What you actually get paid to do
*    The power of language and conversations
*    Relationship between language, conversations, relationships, and results

Come ready for large and small group activities, giving participants opportunities to learn with, from, and through each other.  In addition, you'll get practical takeaways and how-to tips that will enable you to produce more of the positive results that you desire.

In the excitement surrounding the upcoming conference, we realized the dates were misquoted in the last Communique. We sincerely apologize.

The 2015 CBODN Conference - CULTIVATING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES - will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 with post-conference sessions on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the beautiful College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, 3501 University Blvd., East Hyattsville, MD  20783 (www.marriott.com/wasum).

The 2015 conference will investigate the many ways in which our profession cultivates sustainability. We will explore the triple bottom-line of people, planet and profit across sectors; delve into ways organizations are successfully sustaining the outcomes of OD interventions; and examine new ways to sustain ourselves as practitioners and strengthen our community of practice.
