Topic: Infectious Culture: Spreading Positive Energy in Organizations 
 
Facilitator: Torri Silver
Torri Silver is an Organizational Development Practitioner in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area.  She designs and facilitates effective learning and development programs that include: teambuilding, leadership training, conflict management and transformational change. She is an accomplished Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, conducting a number of summits that engage individuals and foster positive organizational change. Torri holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Trinity Washington University. She received a bachelor’s degree from Howard University. 

Program Description:  Torri Silver, Organization Development Practitioner in the Baltimore-Washington area, presents Infectious Culture: Spreading Positive Energy in Organizations. Does your organization need an outbreak of positive energy? If so, this session is for you. This session will draw from David Cooperrider’s Appreciative Inquiry Methodology. The Appreciative Inquiry is a radical approach to problem solving. AI is one of the industry’s most widely used innovative change methods. In this session, Torri Silver will guide you along the AI 4-D Cycle. She will illustrate how organizational leaders can inject and spread positive energy in the workplace. Attendees will learn how to enhance teambuilding, encourage creativity and promote vibrant organizational cultures. This is a fun and interactive session for all communities.
