Topic: Getting the Best Out of Global Teams

Karen is a Leadership Coach and Management Consultant with over 20 years of IT Leadership experience in a variety of environments. She has led large multi-million dollar change projects, many of which were global in nature. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations improve their effectiveness. She is certified in Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire (CWQTM) assessment tool and is also a MBTI and EQi practitioner. She graduated from Georgetown University Post-graduate certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership.
Program Description: More and more of the initiatives that our clients are facing are global. This workshop will focus on developing cross-cultural understanding, and will provide strategies for the OD Practitioner to better help clients who are global leaders with multi-cultural teams. A number of strategies will be presented and discussed. There will be a particular focus on the qualities to develop in our clients that are global leaders, as well as a discussion about the different dimensions of culture and how this can affect the dynamics of a team.
