Richmond Organizational Development SIG
We will be hosting a roundtable discussion based on Brene’ Brown’s work on Vulnerability, Authenticity and Courage - Can vulnerability be used as an approach for change and development?
Description: Creativity, innovation, and truth-telling can be very vulnerable in our culture which is why we often feel deeply inspired when we see it. We’d love to know more about how you find the courage to share your authentic self and your work; especially how that relates to leadership and change in the world.
Video clips of presentations by Brene’ Brown will be presented, followed by roundtable discussion on applications of Brene’ Brown’s philosophy on Vulnerability, Authenticity and Courage.
Feel free to check out Brene's work at http://www.brenebrown.com/
